NKURUNZIZA Andrew is a Board Member of JALI S.C PLC. From Jan 2021-to date, he is the Chief Administrative Officer at Believers East African Ltd. From Jan 2019-June 2021, He was the Executive Director of Rwanda Anglican Capital Investment Ltd. From 2016 to 2019, he was the General Manager of Security Company TOPSEC Investment Ltd (Rwanda). From 2014-2019, he was a Par timer Lecturer at UNILAK. From 2012 to 2016, he worked in BPR as Credit Analyst team Leader. From 2011 to 2012, he served in ECOBANK Rwanda as a Local Corporate Relationship Officer. From 2009-2011, he worked with KCB Rwanda as Reconciliation and Clearing Officer. He holds Awarded Certified Management Consultant from LAGOS School of Consulting, he also holds Masters of Philosophy from WESTFORD University College, and he holds Doctorate of Business Administration (Strategic Management) (Doctorate Candidate), Awarded Maters in Finance and Accounting (MBA & F&A) then, a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from National University of Rwanda. Many trainings and courses in banking were done and has obtain certificates.

KAYIGIRE Augustin is Vice Chairman of JALI S.C PLC. From 2016 until now, he worked as Managing Directors of MOD Complementary Pension Scheme. From 2015 to 2016 he was the General Manager of MEDIASOL Reatil&Wholesale. From 2009 to 2015, he was the Head of Credit Department at ZigamaCSS. From 2008 to 2009 he was the Head of Operations. From 2004 to 2008, Head of Administration&HRM of ZCSS. From 2002 to 2004, Branch Manager of ZCSS at Musanze.From 2001 to 2002 Branch Manager at Rubavu.From 2000 to 2001 : Procurement Officer of ZCSS.From 1994 to 2016 : Military Service in RDF.From 1990 to 1993.Teacher at College of Buye–Burundi.

He holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics from University of Rwanda and an ongoing Master Degree in Business Administration in Banking and Finance from Maastricht School of Management. He is very experienced in Microfinance Institution especially in Credit Department and has many certificates from different training.

MUKAMUSONI Anitha is a Board Member of JALI S.C PLC. She is the Chief Operation Officer at JALI Investement LTD. She was the Managing Director of JALI REAL ESTATE Ltd from August 2018, Chief Corporate from 2017 to August 2018 at JALI Investment LTD.
She worked as Director of Finance at Rwanda Federation of Transport Cooperatives (RFTC) from 2016 to 2017. From 2012 to 2016 she was Executive Secretary at RFTC and from 2010 to 2012 Headmistress at ESSA –Nyarugunga. She holds a Bachelor of Arts with Education.

NKUSI Geoffrey is a Board Member of JALI S.C PLC. From October 2019 up to now he serves RITCO as Managing Director ,From June 2016 to 2019 he was Chief Finance Officer at JALI Investment LTD. From 2010 to 2015 he was Compliance and debt management analyst department of finance in RSSB. From 2008 to2010 internal auditor at ECOBANK RWANDA. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics from University of Rwanda and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance Management.

KAMOSO Dieudonne is a Board Member of JALI S.C PLC. He is currently the Managing Director of DK Family Company LTD since 2020 up to date. From 2003 to 2020 He served in different positions : Cashier & Loan Analyst, Branch Manager, Corporate Customer Officer, Assistant Head of Operations, and Head of Operations respectively at ZIGAMA CSS. He was a Military Staff from 1994 to 2020.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from the National University of Rwanda (Huye) and a Diploma in Technical Accounting from Centre Interdisciplinaire de developement et d’Education permanente (CIDEP). He was awarded certificates of Professional Workshops attended in Kigali-Rwanda, Mombassa-Kenya, and Turin-Italy. He also Attended study trips in Nairobi-Kenya, in Port_Louis-Mauritius, and in Stockholm-Sweden.

BUGINGO Eric Sabiti is currently a board member of JALI S.C PLC. From 2022 to date, he is the Chief Executive Officer of Mountain Ceramic Company Ltd, also from 2022 to date, he is an Independent Consultant in Transport, Logistics and Cross boarder trade/Gorilla Logistics Company Ltd. From 2021 to date, he is the Trainer and Coach at the Center and Headed Technical Negotiating Team Rwanda Freight Forwarders Association (RWAFFA). From 2015-2021, he served as the Corporate Services Director General/Ministry of Infrastructure (MININFRA). Also, from 2009-2015 he served as the General Manager/Mata Tea Company, Director General /Rubaya Tea Factory and Director of Factory Gisakura Tea Company. From 2005-2008, he served as an Internal Auditor at Banque Commerciale du Rwanda (BCR) and from 2001-2005, he served as Revenue Investigation Officer, Tax Auditor at Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA). He holds Masters of Science in International Trade Policy and Trade Law from LUND University/SWEDEN, Masters in Economics Policy Management (EPM) from MAKERERE University Uganda and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Specializing in Finance) from University of Rwanda.

MUGISHA Frank was appointed a Board Member of JALI S.C PLC in December 2024. Here are consultancies undertaken by him as a consultant ; Ministry of Justice through the institute of Legal Practice and Development (ILPD) in 2023-2024, MINIJUST in 2021, MINIJUST in 2024, Ministry of Public Service and Labour (MIFOTRA) in 2024, Ministry of Public Service and Labour (MIFOTRA), UNDP in collaboration with MINIJUST in 2022, MINIJUST through ILPD in 2013, Rwanda Inspection, Competition in 2022-2023.

In May 20218, he was the Judicial Strengthening Specialist, and later the Acting Chief of Party at Chemonics International. He was the Project Manager at the Legal Aid Forum (LAF) in May 2011- April 2018. He also performed as the Program Officer at the National Democratic Institute (NDI) in October 2009-March 2011. He was also the Legal Advisor at the National Consultative Forum of Political in Rwanda (NFPO) in March 2009-September 2009. He holds post-graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (DLP) from the Institute of Legal Practice and Development Rwanda, He also holds a Masters of Law from the University of Rwanda. Furthermore, he holds a Bachelors of Law from the University of Rwanda.
